Who can attend this conference?
Devoted is designed for 18-29 year olds and their leaders. However, this is not a strict age limit. We understand that some churches are more flexible about the age range of their young adult ministries. Therefore, if you are considered a part of your participating church’s young adult ministry, then you are welcome to attend with your group. We trust and defer to the decision of the local church leaders.
Can I attend without a church group?
Yes, but you will be assigned roommates from other churches.
How does housing work?
Young adult attendees are housed in gender segregated dorm-style bunk housing.
Married leaders and families are housed in hotel-style private rooms.
Leaders are responsible for designating room assignments for their own groups. Specific instructions about this will be emailed to group leaders after registration closes.
All linens and bedding are provided by Ridgecrest.
Will the sessions be livestreamed?
Yes, we plan to livestream all the sessions on our YouTube channel.
What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes housing (Friday and Saturday nights), four meals (Saturday breakfast thru Sunday breakfast), and all conference materials.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Full refunds are available until online registration closes on October 14th. Email info@devotedconf.com to cancel and request a refund. After October 14th, refund requests will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.
